Hi Guys,

The last few days I’ve been experimenting with a new method of getting subscribers and more importantly sales. In fact, it’s not a new method. It’s one of the oldest and most talked about method of traffic generation, but not many people use it, and it was one of the first time’s I’ve used this method on any scale before.

This method is pay-per-click marketing, and especially Google Adwords. This blog post will reveal my Adwords experiment and how you can start getting subscribers and sales TODAY. In fact, in just a few hours.

Here’s what I did the other day that turned an old website generating just three or four subscribers per day into a feast of activity.

The site in question was a very simple three page website. There was a squeeze page, a confirmation page and a download page.

The squeeze page offered a free report in exchange for their email address. They were then instantly redirected to a confirmation page encouraging them to confirm their email address. On this page they were also encouraged to check out an affiliate offer I was promoting. Once a prospect confirmed their email address they were instantly taken to the download page where they downloaded the free report they subscribed for and then were again presented with the affiliate product. I also had only ONE message in my auto-responder sequence to go out 24 hours after a prospect subscribed.

This is a VERY simple site that any one of you could set up TODAY, and get your first subscriber just a few hours later. Plus, put some affiliate offers in place and you could have your first sale by the end of the day, too.

Anyway, back to my experiment.

The last few weeks I’ve been learning about Google Adwords as it’s a traffic generation tactic I’d like to add to my arsenal. I learned from a ton of free resources and many paid. By far the best was this inexpensive course from Perry Marshall. I’d heard everyone rave about Perry and his stuff so I got myself a copy and it’s already paid for itself in saved expenses and sales and subscribers generated. Plus, if you’re a new Adwords user you can get a coupon for $75 worth of free advertising. This enables you to test the ideas without risking your own money. Get all the details here.

Plus, Perry has a great free five day training course that you can get here.

So now I had a few ideas about to run a successful advertising campaign with Google Adwords so I set up my campaign with my keywords, my budget and my highest bid. And then I waited…

I was refreshing my Adwords interface every fifteen minutes. My ads were approved within about half an hour. My impressions were going up by hundreds – even thousands – every time and my clicks were steadily rising. My costs were accumulating too. I decided that as my ads were getting so many clicks that I’d reduce my bids. I also changed my targeting from “All countries and territories” to: USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. I did this because I started to get a lot of subscribers from India and the Philippines and I doubted whether subscribers from these areas would have the funds to purchase the affiliate offers I recommend. The number of clicks I received started to dwindle, so I raised my bids again as the quality of traffic was much better. My clicks started to rise again.

I did this campaign as a three day test. I’ll activate it again, but I only wanted to do it for three days so that I could work out all my numbers and decide whether or not it has been profitable.

The campaign ended over 24 hours ago, so that means every single person who has subscribed now has received the first and only message in the follow up sequence. This was important for me so I can track the profit from each subscriber as they go through the opt-in process and from just the first message. It enables me to work out the average revenue generated from each visitor in the first 24 hours. Then I can set my ad bids to be lower or equal to this number and know that any money a subscriber generates me after the first 24 hours will be pure profit.

Here are the stats of my campaign.

Number of clicks: 2743
Total Cost: £164.58 ($245.63)
Cost Per Click: £0.06 (About $0.10)

Here are the stats of my opt-in process.

Number of form submits: 768 (28% conversion)
Number of confirmed opt-ins: 330 (43% confirmed)
Cost per confirmed subscriber: £0.49 ($0.73)

Total sales revenue: $202.61 (7 sales at approximately $26.36, plus three customers took an upsell for a further $6.03 commission each.)

In total I spent $245.63 and generated $202.61. That may not sound great, but remember this is from only the first 24 hours of having a subscriber.

There’s no doubt I’d now be able to turn this venture into a profit. If I added one more autoresponder message promoting a product, then I’d instantly have a profitable campaign. Imagine what would happen if I had 50 messages in my autoresponder sequence. I’d have a completely auto-pilot income stream.

Plus, let’s now analyse how I could optimize the entire process and how TINY changes will make huge differences to my total profit.

I could increase my ads click-thru rate. This will in turn lower my cost per click (CPC) so I’ll be paying even less for my traffic.

I could increase my squeeze page conversion. Using a split testing tool such as Google Website Optimizer I could create a number of different versions of my squeeze page and gradually up my conversion rate. Let’s assume I can reach a 40% conversion rate from my current 28%.

I can increase my confirmation rate. At the moment, only 43% of my subscribers are confirming their subscription. This is fairly low. Let’s assume that by rewording my confirmation page and including further instructions I can reach a 60% confirmation rate.

I can increase the click-thru rate of the first email in the auto-responder. It’s currently at 18%. With a better email subject and better email copy I could easily bump this to 25%.

Now let’s work out the new estimated number of subscribers using the estimated data above assuming that the number of clicks and cost remains the same.

Number of clicks: 2743
Total Cost: £164.58 ($245.63)
Cost Per Click: £0.06 (About $0.10)

Number of form submits: 1097 (40% conversion)
Number of confirmed opt-ins: 658 (60% confirmed)

By making only small changes at each step, we’ve DOUBLED the number of subscribers we receive and therefore potentially doubled, or tripled our income. Now we would be making a profit for each subscriber after only 24 hours. Everything we generate after that is PURE profit.

I’m going to re-enable my campaign now and work to increase my click-thru rates, conversions, confirmations and sales.

Adwords is an incredible way to drive insanely targeted floods of traffic to your website. Do you know of any other methods that could enable you to build a list of hundreds of subscribers in only a few days?

I strongly recommend you pick up a good Adwords guide and start to test with this powerful marketing resource and you could be getting subscribers and sales TODAY!

There are plenty of great Adwords guides out there, but also plenty of bad ones. If you want a guaranteed good one, then pick up a copy of Perry Marshall’s The Definitive Guide To Google Adwords.

Plus, get a copy of his freebie course “5 Days To Success With Google Adwords”.

I hope you enjoyed reading the results of my experiment as much as I enjoyed carrying it out. Go and try it for yourself and let me know how you get on.

Talk soon,

The last few weeks I’ve been experimenting with a new traffic source. It’s not actually new, but it’s something I haven’t used much before.

It added an extra 893 subscribers to my list and produced a significant amount of revenue. Plus, now that I have these subscribers they will continue to produce more revenue for many months to come.

The method I used was: paid solo ads.

A solo ad is a full length email that is delivered to another person’s opt-in email list. It essentially enables you to “borrow” a fellow marketer’s mailing list for one email. The job of your solo ad is to get as many people to your offer as possible, and to get as many of them as possible to take your offer.

I’ve been using this marketing tactic fairly aggressively in the last few weeks. It’s given some great rewards, but also some massive failures.

In this blog post I’ll reveal how I did it, what I did right and what I did wrong – massively wrong!

Firstly, I found prospective partners through The Warrior Forum. The WF plays a massive part in my marketing. It’s where I learn the majority of the techniques I use in my business, it’s where I find joint venture partners who have generated tens of thousands of dollars for me and them selling my products and it’s where I found my solo ad partners.

I simply started a thread asking if anyone would sell me a solo email to their subscribers. I asked for only a few details:

1. Their list size.

2. Their typical response rates (number of click thrus) for an email.

3. The price they would charge for a solo email.

A lot of people sent me emails and I had a number of partners I could choose from.

Partner 1 had an email list of 50,000 and was charging $600.

Partner 2 had an email list of 17,000 and was charging $130.

Partner 3 had an email list of 17,000 and was charging $197.

Partner 4 had an email list of 16,000 and was charging $120.

Partner 5 had an email list of 11,000 and was charging $47.

Partner 6 had an email list of 5,000 and was charging $100 but was guaranteeing 250 clicks.

Partner 7 had a Facebook group with 1,100 members. Because I wasn’t sure how this would perform we agreed a fee of $0.50 per confirmed opt-in plus a $5 upfront fee.

I’ll reveal how each of these performed in a minute, but first I’ll let you know the mistakes I made.

Mistake #1
Not Tracking Properly

For the first solo ads that were delivered I didn’t track the number of clicks each marketer sent me. This meant I couldn’t measure the performance and work out whether a solo ad with this marketer was a good investment.

I learned my lesson eventually and set up a new page for each marketer I used with a new web form so that I could track the conversion rate and number of subscribers from each marketer.

Mistake #2
Not Trusting My Instinct

I had my doubts about the integrity of Partner 6. I should have trusted my gut as I’ll reveal in a minute.

Mistake #3
Get Proof

Partner 3 promised 600-1000 clicks from his email. I got 93. I should have asked each marketer for screenshot proof of their list size and their typical click through rate.

Those are the three main mistakes I made and it cost me a fair bit of money, but despite some of these emails performing so poorly, I assume I’ll profit from this venture (if I had tracked I’d know if it was profitable or not) – and I’ve learned a hell of a lot.

The Results

Like I’ve already said, a lot of the emails underperformed, but some did fantastically – here are my results. Some are only estimates due to lack of tracking!

Partner 1 – 300-350 new subscribers. That’s about $2 per subscriber, but I’m fairly confident that I’ve made my investment back already and any revenue these subscribers produce now will be pure profit.

Partner 2 – This resulted in at least 180-200 subscribers which is less than $1 per subscriber. It’s fair to say I’ll definitely be using this marketer again.

Partner 3 – Like I’ve already mentioned I only got 93 clicks from this email and 48 subscribers. I expect to make a loss here. This is one of the emails I tracked.

Partner 4 – This mailing produced about 120 subscribers which is just about $1 per subscriber. A definite profit has been made here.

Partner 5 – At only $47, this was perhaps the most profitable mailing resulting in 150 subscribers and a subscriber cost of $0.30.

Partner 6 – The mailing was due to be delivered on the 4th February. When it wasn’t delivered by the 5th I contacted her. I haven’t had any response and have therefore filed a Paypal dispute. I should have trusted my gut instinct on this woman.

Partner 7 – This was the most interesting of all the mailings. I knew I couldn’t lose out on much money because I was paying $0.50 per subscriber so it was performance related. This was a mailing to a Facebook group and produced 15 new subscribers. It may not sound like much but it’s educated me on the potential of mailings to Facebook groups.

In total I received about 893 subscribers based on my estimations for a cost of $1,114. < I worked that out in my head so I might be wrong.

I’ll definitely be doing this again but much more effectively next time.

It’s definitely a strategy I recommend, but first make sure you have a plan to monetize your subscribers. I know that each subscriber is worth a certain figure to me and can therefore pay accordingly.

Work out your numbers before you dive into this method of list building.

One more paid method of list building I strongly recommend is to pay other people to build your list for you. It’s not as risky and you can pay someone about $3 per hour to work nonstop on building your list for you.

They write and submit articles for you, they post in forums for you, and they leave blog comments for you. They do all the hard, boring and monotonous tasks that bring you steady traffic, subscribers and sales.

Think about this…

If you could pay someone $3 per hour and they made you $10 per hour – how many people would you employ?

A few months ago I purchased a DVD from Lee McIntyre called Automatic Traffic Blast. The DVD reveals 12 different processes that you can give to someone else to do for you to start driving massive amounts of traffic for you.

The DVD reveals where you can go to find these workers for cheap, and Lee even gives you proven adverts to place on outsourcing websites to recruit these workers.

Not only that, but Lee provides you with instructions that you can simply hand to your workers detailing EXACTLY what they have to do to start driving traffic for you.

You could employ one worker for 10 hours per week to drive a steady and consistent flow of new subscribers and sales. If that works out to be profitable, then you could employ that worker for 40 hours per week and ramp up your traffic. Then you can get a second, third, fourth and fifth member of staff all working for 40 hours driving traffic to your website.

How much traffic do you think you’d get per day with five full time employees?

Lee McIntyre’s Automatic Traffic Blast gives you a plug and play system so you can start outsourcing your traffic generation so you can sit back, relax and watch the subscribers and sales roll in.

Take a look at Automatic Traffic Blast here.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this insight into my business.
Firstly, why should you listen to me?

Lee McIntyre (the guy behind Point and Click Coaching) constantly creates exceptional products. There’s a reason why I’ve spent over $2,000 on his products – because they’ve helped me make WAY more money than they cost.

Now, here are some questions you may have:

How much does it cost?

Point and Click Coaching is tied to a DVD offer where you pay only shipping. It costs $6.95 to have it delivered within the US and $9.95 to have it delivered internationally. Being in the UK I paid the $9.95, but it was well worth it. I’ll talk about the DVD in just a minute.

As part of the offer you receive a free two week trial to Point and Click Coaching. After Day 14, you will be billed $97 per month. It’s easy to cancel at any time by submitting a ticket at the support desk.

What’s the free DVD like?

The DVD you get sent is the entire recordings of Lee McIntyre’s Inside Out / Upside Down Workshop.

It reveals how he was able to build a $20,000 per month business in super quick time doing everything “upside down and inside out”.

I told myself I’d watch one per day, but I got hooked and ended up watching all two days worth of content in just two days!

It was some of the best stuff I’ve ever seen taught… EVER!

Last week, in THIS blog post, I revealed how I’ve developed a system that automatically gets me sales and subscribers. There were a lot of fantastic comments. I think you realise now what a simple business model it is – and how profitable it can be.

This is just a short post to give you even further motivation that this is the business model for you.

Here’s what happened.

Every Saturday, me and my friends at university, gather for 3pm to watch all the football (soccer) results come through. Last Saturday we’d just settled down with a few beers and I decided to check my email one last time.

My email showed that I’d made three new sales of Accelerated List Building. That’s not unusual, but what was unusual was that they had all come in the last three minutes. I checked the sales receipts and noticed that they’d all come from the same affiliate. I checked the name of the affiliate and immediately recognised the name. He’s not one of the big guru marketers, but he’s definitely a guy with a lot of power, and I assume a pretty big list.

From that point on, I knew I was in for an exciting few hours. I completely lost focus on the football, and instead spent most of the time with my laptop open watching my emails.

A new sales receipt was coming through every one, two or three minutes. This carried on for about four hours, and then the sales gradually started to decline. (Although there were still sales coming through every 10-15 minutes).

By the next morning sales were still being generated by this affiliate at a rate of about one sale per half an hour, but then by the early afternoon something strange happened.

The sales started flooding in again at a rate of every few minutes. I checked a few sales receipts and noticed most of these sales were from another affiliate. After a little bit of digging, I found out that this affiliate had purchased my product a few hours earlier after being referred by the previous affiliate.

Then more sales started coming through from customers who had become affiliates. Sales were flooding in and all because of the viral nature of the business model.

After only 72 hours, I’d made over 300 sales!

You see, on my download page I explain six steps my customer should take to get the most from their purchase.

Step 1: I explain they should confirm their email address to get updates, great content and special offers.

Step 2: I provide them with the download links for Accelerated List Building.

Step 3: I reveal a special offer where they can grab a DVD to an entire two day workshop for just the price of postage. If a customer decides to take this offer then they get given a fully disclosed two week trial to a $97 per month continuity program. I’m a member myself and believe it to be the best coaching club in the market. Anyway, I get 50% of each rebill. Here’s the offer in case you want to check it out.

Step 4: I encourage my customer to check out a special offer for The Super List Building System. It’s a $297 box set. It was an intensive six week training course I took with a top marketer. It was a fantastic course, so I paid a lot of money to grab a reseller license so that I can share it with my customers. You can take a look at it here.

Step 5: I give the download links for all the bonus products I advertised, plus I include a few extra bonuses I didn’t advertise. Over delivering like this helps to cement solid relationships with customers.

Step 6: (This is the clever bit) I explain to my customer how they can become an affiliate and resell Accelerated List Building to make instant commissions. A large proportion of them at least register as an affiliate and some of them do a promotion, whether it’s just a Tweet to their followers, a review on their blog, or a solo mailing to their subscribers. Plus, once I have someone registered as an affiliate, I use a secret system to encourage them to promote my product. I’ll reveal exactly what I do in a new blog post either tomorrow or the day after. If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate then take a look here.

I hope this gives you some motivation to go out and implement this business model. Here’s the model again so you can get going today!

I hope you enjoyed this!

Leave your comments below and let me know what you think.

I’ll be back tomorrow or the day after with some more great stuff!

I’ve written this article quickly to share with you how I’m able to build massive lists of PROVEN buyers that trust, like and WANT to buy from me and how this system can be replicated in any niche you want to.

I’m sure a lot of you understand now that having a list of subscribers is the most guaranteed way to make money online. Even better than that though: having your own list of subscribers who have previously BOUGHT something from you is a sure fire way to online wealth. (Providing your list is large enough and you treat them well, of course!)

I’ve developed my own system (I say it’s my system, but there are hundreds of others using this and to great effect, but I’ve tailored it and adapted it to work just that little bit better than average) to build massive, auto-pilot lists of PROVEN buyers with just a few hours of work per week.

It’s a fantastic system, and if you’ve been struggling to decide which route or system to follow with your business, then this might just be the one for you!

Here it is, in a step-by-step, do-this, do-that system for you to copy and follow. Plus, I’ll use one of my real life examples. (In fact, this example is probably the reason you are one of my subscribers!)

Step #1
Develop Your Front End Product

The first thing we want to be doing is selling a low priced, high value front end product for between $7-15. These products are great because you can deliver extreme value at a very low price to your customers. This will make them love you and want to buy from you in the future.

Your product can be a special report about 15-20 pages long, or an audio or a video about an hour long. In truth, the length doesn’t matter, as long as you deliver solid, actionable content that your readers will be happy with.

The example I’m using is my product Accelerated List Building. It’s 27 pages of no fluff, do-this, do-that steps that anyone can follow to build massive subscriber lists from scratch.

Step #2
Develop Your Front End Sales Page

Not everyone’s great at copywriting. In fact, I’m not very good either. I got lucky with Accelerated List Building because I had a believable story that had actually happened to me. It hooked readers in and pulled in the sales.

If you aren’t good at copywriting, then you’ll need to hire someone good for this step. It doesn’t matter what it costs, because a high front end conversion is essential to this entire system.

Accelerated List Building sells for $10 and I was happy at first when it was converting at 4%. But then I added a few more bonuses and edited some of the copy and now it converts at 7% for cold traffic and often over 10% for joint venture endorsed traffic. For that reason, affiliates LOVE to promote my product – and we’ll get to that now.

Step #3
Develop Your Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is what makes our list building and our income so automatic. The great thing is we get other people to do 99% of the work for us utilising the resources they’ve spent years to develop.

I’m only going to recommend one affiliate management system because it’s the only one I’ve used and probably the only one you’ll ever need to get this system working.

It’s called Rapid Action Profits and you may have heard me mention it a few times!

One of the reasons RAP is so good is because you can automatically opt your customers into your Aweber mailing list without them knowing about it, thus building your list. And that’s the main aim of this system.

Set the commissions up so that you pay 100% on all front end sales. It may sound like a lot, but with low priced products like these, it’s the only way to get affiliates that will make substantial sales. Plus, we aren’t looking for front end revenue in this model.

The next thing you’ll want to do is develop an affiliate “sales page”. This is used to persuade a potential affiliate to join your program and promote your product. It doesn’t need to be too fancy. Take a look at mine here.

State the conversion data (if you have it) and outline the exact offer.

Next you’ll want to develop some affiliate tools, especially solo emails. Broadcasts to subscribers are how most affiliates will be promoting your product, so make your emails good. If you can’t write effective ad copy, then pay someone else to do it. Put these solo emails in your affiliate centre. You can take a look at my affiliate centre by becoming an affiliate.

Step #4
Building & Profiting From Your List

Like I’ve already mentioned, we want to build a list of buyers using this system so that we can profit from them way into the future.

Using Rapid Action Profits we can set it up so that once a customer purchases the front end product, then their email address is automatically added to our Aweber list.

Set your RAP system to do this for you automatically.

Next you need to develop a follow up sequence that funnels your customers into other higher priced products. Remember: this is where the money is.

Because these subscribers have previously purchased a product from you and (hopefully) had a positive experience, then they’ll be ten times more likely to purchase products you recommend compared to an ordinary subscriber.

Step #5
Recruiting Motivated Affiliates

Because I have an affiliate program that delivers a fantastic visitor value for my affiliates, I have 790 registered affiliates. 121 of these affiliates have made AT LEAST one sale. I have one affiliate who has over 300 sales (and gets 3-4 per day, every day), I have two affiliates who have over 200 sales each, and I have five affiliates who have over 100 sales each, as well as countless others who have made 10+ sales.

There is one thing more than any other that motivates affiliates: money. The more money an affiliate can earn per visitor they send, the more affiliates you will recruit. In the next step I’ll reveal how I’ve improved my affiliate program to maximise the visitor value to get top affiliates.

For this step though, here’s a few ways to FIND affiliates for your product:

Find people in your market with mailing lists by searching for your main keywords in Google.

Find people publishing articles on EzineArticles.com

Find fellow product owners in your market through the Clickbank.com and Paydotcom.com market places. Often a reciprocal mailing for their product will encourage them to promote your product.

Find bloggers in your market and ask them to write a review of your product on their blog.

Post on forums, such as The Warrior Forum in the JV section, asking if anyone would be interested in promoting your product.

There’s a few ways to get you started.

Step #6
Increase Your Visitor Value, Increase Your Number Of Motivated Affiliates, Increase Your Number Of Sales, Increase Your Profits

As I’ve already said – affiliates promote products that can give them the biggest visitor value. The higher we can increase our visitor value, the more affiliates we can get, and the more sales will come.

Here’s a few things I’ve done to increase my VV for Accelerated List Building:

Increase your front end sales conversion. Remember how I said that I increased my sales conversion from 4% to 7% on cold traffic? That led to a $0.40 visitor value increasing to a $0.70 visitor value. So every 100 visitors would give me an extra $30. For JV endorsed traffic the conversion rate has remained steady at around 10%.

Add a OTO. Once a customer purchases Accelerated List Building they instantly see a OTO for a $14.95 per month membership. About 18% join this membership and on average stay a member for three months. The OTO is for Exponential List Building and I give affiliates 50% commission.

Add an up sell. On the download page a customer sees an offer for The Super List Building System for $297. This DVD course is also sold through a series of emails. It’s only been added as an up sell recently, so no conversion data has been extracted yet, but if it just converts at 1% then that’s a massive increase on the visitor value. Affiliates get 50% commissions on this product too.

Using the conversion data above, here’s what an average affiliate could earn from just 1,000 visitors.

1,000 visitors = 100 sales of Accelerated List Building = $1,000

100 sales of ALB = 18 members to Exponential List Building X 3 months average stay at 50% commission = $404

100 sales of ALB = 1 sale of The Super List Building System at $297 and 50% commission = $150

So, from just 1,000 unique visitors an average affiliate can earn over $1,550.

Adding the OTO has increased the visitor value, and adding the up sell has increased the visitor value yet again to make it almost impossible for an affiliate not to promote my product.

I could optimize this further by:

· Increasing the front end sales conversion even more

· Increasing the conversion for the OTO

· Increasing the member retention for the OTO

· Increasing the conversion for the $297 up sell.

· Adding more up sells that affiliates can earn from.

This is such an easy business model, such an easy way to build a list, and such an easy way to create an automated income online that grows continuously.

Imagine selling 5,000 copies. Imagine how much money you could get through OTO sales. Imagine how much money you could make through your up sells. Imagine how much money you could make from doing a broadcast to 5,000 BUYING subscribers.

This is only a brief overview of the entire process. The Super List Building System reveals EXACTLY how to replicate this system to produce maximum profits.
I recently finished up a special report revealing how you can leverage the hard work and effort of your competitors to build a massive list of PROVEN buyers, and believe me, it’s not what you think.

Today I want to provide some incredible content for you. I should really be studying for my end of year exams, preparing a presentation, and writing an essay, BUT… that can wait!

I’m going to outline a PROVEN plan that you can implement to create your own information product business.

I’m not talking a small scale business either. Sure, it will start small, but then I’ll reveal how to grow your income with limited effort.

If you read my email yesterday then you will of heard me mention The Internet Automation Plan (IAP) from Lee McIntyre.

This is a DVD boxset of a series of live webinars and question and answer sessions that reveal how Lee has built an AUTOMATED six figure per MONTH information product business.

In total it’s over 10 hours of training and is the most content packed 10 hours of training I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning from.

I strongly recommend you at least take a look at The Internet Automation Plan HERE.

Now, let’s get down to the great content. I’ll be revealing the essential elements to make this information product business a massive success.

Essential Element #1
Entry Points To Your Business

The first thing we need to do is get prospects into our sales funnel. Once we have them as subscribers, we can build a relationship and get them to like, know and trust you - then we can get them to buy products from you that increase in price.

Create a product that delivers incredible value and share some of your best products.

Essential Element #2
A Continuity Program

I’ve claimed this as an essential element. It probably isn’t essential, but definitely will ramp up your profits massively.

If you can offer a recurring payment membership then do it. It’s a great way to create a guaranteed monthly income.

It also doesn’t require a lot of time to maintain - perhaps one day per month to create the content. You’ll find that some members will remain subscribed for a very, very long time.

I promoted one membership offer a long time ago. It only costs $19 per month. I referred about 20 people and I still have about four people subscribed. They’ve been billed for 37 months.

Lee reveals the secrets of how he is able to have over 1,400 members in his $97 per month continuity program in The Internet Automation Plan. This webinar alone is worth 10 times the price of the whole course.

Essential Element #3
High Value Offers

Selling products for three figure sums gives you a massive profit per sale. This is where you make a lot of your money.

Create a few high value offers selling for $200+ that you can offer to your subscribers in your follow up sequence.

Essential Element #4
An Effective Follow Up Sequence

Your follow up sequence is where you link all these offers together. Your prospect opts in for your lead generation product and are added to a follow up sequence designed to sell your continuity offer and your high value offers.

You need your sequence to deliver fantastic content, display some of your personality AND then to sell your products.

You’ll need that relationship of trust and liking if your prospects are going to part with their hard earned cash and purchase your products.

Essential Element #5
A Motivated Sales Army

This is how you drive 95% of your traffic. No matter if you’re the best traffic generator in the world; a motivated sales army (in the form of affiliates) will outperform your efforts massively. (And free up a lot of your time!)

If you have the above essential elements in place, then recruiting and motivating affiliates is incredibly easy.

Offer affiliates 50% or more for all of your products in your sales funnel. Get them to drive traffic to your lead generation product and then you do the job of selling as many of your offers as possible.

If you can offer your affiliates a greater visitor value ($ per visitor they send) then affiliates will be begging to promote your products and will be massively motivated to spend the time and effort to drive leads to your business.

Lee dedicates a long time discussing how to recruit affiliates to promote your business and shares his best secrets and real life examples from his business in The Internet Automation Plan

Those elements are the essential ingredients. I’ve only of course outlined each element and there are other optional elements that will massively grow your profits.

In The Internet Automation Plan nothing is left out. It reveals “how to build an automatic engine that allows you to live the dream internet lifestyle while other people do the work for you”.

If you’re interested in building an info product business, then I strongly urge you to watch this video HERE.

I hope you’ve liked the free content I’ve shared with you today. I’ve got massive plans to share more free content with you over the next few weeks.

I’ve already written a report about an “almost” secret tactic I use to get a massive number of PROVEN buyers into my sales funnel WITHOUT having to sell them anything. I’ll be sending that to you for free in the next few days, just to say thanks for being a subscriber.

For the time being, take a look at the Internet Automation Plan and consider getting yourself a copy.

Click here to take a look.

Until next time,

Hey guys

I’ve got a fantastic article for you today that you should DEFINITELY read, but first…

You may have noticed the launch of my brand new membership site Exponential List Building so it’s been an exciting time in my business.

A lot of people have jumped on board already and the feedback I’ve received so far has been fantastic. If you want to see what all the fuss is about then take a look HERE.

Anyway, back to today’s post…

If you’re interested in making 10k a month, or if you just want to earn an extra $500 or more per month, then this is for you. I’ve got a fantastic article for you today.

How To Create A 10k Per Month Business From Scratch

Oh, and I’ve also got a fantastic freebie for you that you really should grab.

Let’s go…

How To Create A 10k Per Month Business From Scratch

If you haven’t made any money online yet, then 10k per month may seem a long way off… but it may well be a lot closer than you think. If you want to hit the dizzy heights of five figures per month then you need to stop thinking of selling $27 eBooks, or creating Adsense sites, or article marketing.

If you want to create a consistent 10k per month online business, then the easiest way to do it is to create a membership site in a large market of potential customers. It must be a market where you can continue to provide information month, after month, after month. Things like dating, internet marketing, health, fitness, gardening etc. There are a lot of markets where you could position your own membership site. You don’t need to do any boring keyword research, or to assess competition, you just need to find a market where customers are already spending money.

Now, let’s work out how many members you’d have to accumulate to reach the $10,000 per month target. Of course, you may not want to earn 10k; maybe 5k will do for you; maybe you want more than 10k. It doesn’t matter with this business because you can continue to scale up your business by recruiting more members.

Anyway to earn 10k per month, you would need:

1,000 members at $10 per month
500 members at $20 per month
330 members at $30 per month
250 members at $40 per month
200 members at $50 per month
100 members at $100 per month

Choose your price point and work out a way to create value at that price. At $10 per month, simply providing one short report per month would probably be sufficient. At this price point there is limited pressure and you wouldn’t have to work your ass off every month to create the monthly content. You would however have to deal with more members which may take up a lot of your time.

At $100 per month, you’d need to provide cutting edge top of the range information in quantity and in a variety of different formats, such as audio, video, text and print. You’d need very good selling skills in able to get customers to part with $100 per month and there would be a lot of pressure on you each month to create the content. On the other hand you could give a more personal touch to each member which may enhance the value and retain members for longer.

It’s up to you which price point you go for. The most important thing is that you provide value for your members; otherwise they’ll leave in a shot.

So, hopefully by now you’ve chosen your market and your price point – now you need to work out what content you want to create each month, and create your first months content. The type and amount of content you create will be dictated by the price you decide to charge.

Like I’ve already said, at a price point of $10 per month you could create just one short 10-12 page report per month and still provide value. At $50 you’d need to create maybe one to two short reports, some premium articles, a 15 minute audio and a short video.

For Exponential List Building I’m providing at least one short report per month, at least one video, at least one audio and a few powerful articles each month – as well as making my email address available for one to one mentoring each month.

The next step is to create your first month of content. Make it some of the best content you ever produce. Show your new members exactly what value they’ll be getting from their subscription.

Next, plan out the next two months content. Do this so that you have a solid idea of what content you will be producing over the next few months so that you can tease your members with phrases like: “we’ll be discussing this in much further detail next month”. This will help with retention.

Next on the agenda is creating your salespage. The salespage would be much like if you were selling a $50 product. Take a look at my Exponential List Building salespage for an example of one that works very well.

The final step in setting up your membership is to get a script to manage both members and affiliates. I use Rapid Action Profits Member Plus because it enables me to run a fully functional protected members area and also to pay affiliates and JV partners automatically.

Once that’s installed and the membership is up and running and ready to take sales then it’s time to start finding affiliates and JV partners – because that’s how you’re gonna get to 100, 200, 500, or 1,000 plus members.

I recommend setting commissions at 50% for regular affiliates and setting up special accounts at 60-70% for partners who could bring you 20+ sales.

Finding affiliates and JV partners is the most important part of the process. It’s where the money is made. That’s why I’ve secured you free access to a fantastic video detailing exactly how to go about finding and securing JVs with top marketers in your niche.

Click Here To Watch This Free Video

Let me quickly share some words of wisdom from my friend Brian McElroy. He does over 100k per month with his membership sites, so he KNOWS what he’s talking about. If you want to discover how Brian does it, then take a look HERE.

Here’s what Brian has to say about membership sites:

“Here’s what you should do if you want to funnel a ton of people into a membership site (in any market):

1) Give away AMAZING FREE STUFF via a squeeze page. No strings attached. (Follow up with non-buyers.)

2) Have AN OVERWHELMINGLY VALUABLE risk-free trial (ding people for $1 and have them auto-bill after 14 or 30 days).

3) OVERDELIVER so people want to remain signed up.”

I hope you’ve enjoyed this article. It’s a practical, easy to implement strategy to start making five figures per month on virtual auto-pilot. Let me know what you think of it by leaving a comment below.

Plus, don’t forget to check out my brand new membership Exponential List Building to see if it provides value for you.

I’m very, very excited for you to be reading this today because I’ve got a very important, very exciting announcement. So, before we get into the fantastic content, let me tell you the exciting news.

I’ve told you a few times in the last few weeks that I was working on a new project. I was also hoping to have launched it by now, but a few technical issues have delayed it all. But now we’re ready to go – and I want you to jump on board!

What I’ve been working on is a membership site called ‘Exponential List Building’. It’s a follow-up to my report ‘Accelerated List Building’.

Exponential List Building is a six month complete training course designed to take you from list building beginner to list building pro. My aim is that each graduate of Exponential List Building is able to build a list of subscribers that can produce four figures in sales from just one broadcast.

As a member, each month you will receive one training report revealing a technique I use in my business to add an average of 500 subscribers per month to my list. Not only that but I’m also going to be sharing some of the most powerful reports, videos and audios related to list building and online marketing.

I just know every member is going to love it!

We’ll be launching this Thursday 29th October at 12 midday EST (4PM GMT). Make sure you stick it in your diary and keep an eye out for an email from me on Thursday. There will be a massive discount running for the first 5 days – so don’t miss out on this!

Anyway, more of that to come on Thursday – but now let’s dive into the fantastic content.

This article is a simple, easily replicable system to begin your very own virtually automatic six figure business using tried and tested, proven online marketing strategies. Let’s do this in a step-by-step system, just like always.

Step #1
The Market

First you need to pick a target market. You should target a broad market with a lot of products to promote. Things like weight loss, dating, money making, health etc. Check the Clickbank marketplace to make sure there are a number of products you can promote.

Another option is to target a market that you understand or have a passion for. Understanding the needs of the market puts you in a better position to sell to them, and having a passion for the market ensures you never lose your drive or motivation.

You may want to use keyword tools to assess the demands of this market and the scope. Search for “Google keyword tool” for one of the most accurate and free tools.

Step #2
The Fundamentals

You need a domain, hosting and an auto-responder. You’ll need these throughout your online career. For hosting I use Bluehost.com and register my domains through them as well. For an auto-responder I use Aweber. There are cheaper options, but it’s not worth skimping and saving on the prices of these essential tools.

Without these tools you just couldn’t run a sustainable, automatic online business.

Step #3
The Free Report

You need to create a report that you give away to encourage visitors to part with their email address. The report only needs to be 5-10 pages. You can write it yourself, hire someone else to write it, compile a series of private label articles or simply use a private label report.

It’s important that this report oozes quality. You want your subscribers to know that you only provide great quality content. This report is the most important part of the process.

It’s important you write a report about a common and painful problem that a large portion of your market has.

The title of the report is important as well. It’s the first thing that sells your report. Which of these reports would you rather download?

Herbs To Lower High Blood Pressure
Or…

Secret Herbal Remedies To Lower Higher Blood Pressure That The Pharmaceutical Companies DON’T Want You To Find Out

Step #4
The Squeeze Page

We need a simple squeeze page now that encourages people to submit their email address. Here’s one of my squeeze pages that you can model yours on.
http://www.turn-back-the-clock.com

It’s important that you can get your squeeze page to confirm at a rate of at least 30% - although 40% is much better.

Step #5
The Opt-In Process

Once a prospect opts-in redirect them to a page which explains how to confirm their email address. Also present them with an offer for an affiliate product. This is one way to instantly squeeze some money from your subscribers before they’ve even began your email sequence.

Once a prospect has confirmed their email address, redirect them to the download page. After the download link present them with another offer for a different affiliate product.

These are just small ways to squeeze money from your opt-in process.

Step #6
The Follow-Up Sequence

The follow up sequence is where the real money is made.

You need to create a deep, cash producing follow- up sequence. This is where you schedule emails to go out on set days after a prospect has subscribed. The emails should include valuable, informative articles, as well as promotions for affiliate products. Even in the articles you can include subtle affiliate links.

Here’s how I set up most of my follow-up sequences.

Day 1: Top quality content

Day 2: Top quality content

Day 3: Promo

Day 5: Top quality content

Day 7: Top quality content

From then on I schedule emails four days apart with about 70% of emails being content and 30% promotions. Develop your sequence so that it’s very deep and goes on for at least a year. You don’t have to create a whole years worth of content before you start getting subscribers. Have a weeks’ worth of emails ready and just keep adding to them as time goes on.

Super Time Saving Tip: Many product owners offer their affiliates tools, including ready made solo emails and reprintable articles. Simply plug these into your auto-responder and you don’t have to worry about content creation.

Subscribers will continue to get emails until they decide to unsubscribe. Many will purchase a product from you. Some will purchase two, three, four, five or more. I’ve found that there are always four or five subscribers that purchase 80% of the items you promote.

You can find products that pay over $100 commission (or more) or you can find membership sites that pay commissions monthly to ramp up your profits.
Once you get a feel for the best converting offers, move them to the front of your follow-up sequence. Subscribers are more responsive the newer they are.

Step #7
Driving Traffic

Everything is set up now, it’s simply about driving traffic now. The more leads you pump into your follow-up sequence, the more money will drop into your bank account. It’s as simple as that.

This is the hardest part – yet without it you won’t make a penny.

That’s why I’ve created my Exponential List Building membership. Every month I’ll be delivering training to help you with this aspect. Each month you’ll receive a training report that, if you follow, will produce hundreds of subscribers for you every single month.

I’m so excited for you to see the fantastic content I’m delivering. So, add 29th October at 12 midday EST (4pm GMT) to your diary and make sure you’re online to take advantage of the massive introductory discount.
