Article - How To Regularly Have $300-500 Days With Minimal Effort

If you haven’t made your first dollar online yet, then a $500 day might seem a long way off, but believe me it’s much closer than you think.

At the moment you might be focussing on making $10-50 sales for either your own products or as an affiliate. There’s nothing wrong with that, but if you want to experience $500+ days, then you need to adopt a different strategy…

… selling high priced products.

A decent conversion rate for a $10 product is 5%. In order to make $500 a day, you would need 1000 visitors.

A decent conversion rate for a $50 product is 2%. In order to make $500 a day, you would need 500 visitors.

A decent conversion rate for a $500 product is 0.5%. In order to make $500 a day, you would need 200 visitors.

Getting 200 visitors per day isn’t too difficult. Getting 1000 visitors per day can be.

Plus, I can’t explain the thrill you get for a high value sale. Whether it is $200, $300, $500 or more it gives you an incredible adrenaline rush seeing that kind of money flow in in such a short space of time. Knowing that just one sale per day is all that is needed to live a financially comfortable life.

You might be thinking right now that you don’t have the ability to create a $300+ value product, but that doesn’t matter. You don’t have to have your own product when you can simply promote someone else’s as an affiliate.

I did this recently and with great success for a $1,000 product paying a 40% commission. I only decided to promote this because I knew the product was more than worth the investment and the guy behind the product was a stand up guy.

How To Profit From Old, Outdated PLR Material

Profiting from PLR material is a highly simple, highly effective, highly profitable method of quickly launching your own online business.

A few weeks ago John Thornhill launched a product called ‘Profit From PLR’. I took a look at the product and thought it was fantastic. Probably the simplest and most effective strategy I’ve ever seen presented so that even beginners can get going and profiting with it quickly.

Article – How To REALLY Make Money On Auto-Pilot

Auto-pilot income is what everyone really wants, don’t they?

I know I do, and that’s why I’m so pleased that I’ve been able to refine my business this Summer so that it continues to work even when I’m away. The last few months have been my most profitable ever and I can quite honestly say I think I’ve worked an average of 3-4 hours per week.

Making money on auto-pilot is much easier than you think. Here’s how to do it.

1. Find a few membership sites that cost more than $37 per month and that pay at least 50% commission.
2. Continually work to funnel new members into these membership sites.
3. Ensure that more people join these memberships than leave them every single month. If you do your income will continue to grow.

Let’s say for example you find one site you’d like to promote. This membership site costs $50 and pays you a 50% commission. So having one member is worth $25 per month to you.

Let’s also assume you gain 10 new members per month, and 5 members cancel.

Here’s a table of projected earnings.

Now imagine you did this with two membership sites, or three, or four. Or that you did this with a membership site costing $100 paying 50% commission.

(By the way, I’m currently doing this with a membership site costing $97 paying 50% commission and I currently have 55 active members. You can take a look at this membership site HERE.)

Membership sites are hot property right now. There’s plenty out there that you can promote and it’s fantastic to see the recurring payments come in. It feels like getting money for doing nothing, and the money continues to come in even if you’re relaxing on a white sandy beach in the Maldives. (That’s my goal!)

The Importance Of Having A System + A System You Can Steal

I was on Twitter the other day and saw a tweet from Lee McIntyre. It summed up my exact thoughts, but in a much more eloquent and philosophical way.

(How great that when I go to Twitter to find what this Tweet was, Twitter decides to die. Something to do with a denial of service attack?)

Anyway, Twitter’s back now. The Tweet said:

“The reason many people struggle online is they focus on “tricks” and NOT “fundamentals”. Tricks are the icing and fundamentals the cake.”

The above statement is so true. Without applying the fundamentals, or a system, you won’t make any sustainable, significant income online. You should pick a proven system and focus on it.

Too many people jump from idea to idea. You need to pick one that has been proven to work and focus on it exclusively.

Here’s a system that I’m going to be implementing over the next few weeks that I know works. It’s worked for countless others and is based on proven marketing fundamentals.

1. Create a squeeze page giving away a fantastic free report.
2. Drive insane amounts of traffic using proven traffic processes and affiliates.
3. Funnel subscribers into a $20-50 per month membership site.

Simple as that.

Every single step in that system is incredibly easy to implement.

You know how to create a squeeze page, and if you don’t just base yours on someone else’s. You know how to create a free report, and if you don’t just pay someone to do it for you.

You know how to drive insane amounts of traffic using proven processes such as article marketing, Google Adwords, forum marketing, blog contributions etc. And if you don’t know how to drive traffic then get a copy of Automatic Traffic Blast.

You can easily persuade affiliates to drive traffic to your squeeze page by offering 50-75% on your membership site.

And you can easily funnel your subscribers into your membership site by redirecting them to the salespage after they subscribe, and if they don’t buy then use this proven follow-up sequence to be delivered to your prospects with one email per day.

Message 1: Simply thank your prospect for requesting the free report, give them the download link, and then the link to your membership salespage.

Message 2: Send answers to three common questions and restate the benefits, then link to the salespage.

Message 3: Send prospects a few customer testimonials and link to the salespage.

Message 4: Provide a success story of one of your customers and link to the salespage.

Message 5: Offer a special bonus for people who decide to act within a certain time frame and provide the link.

Message 6: Imply that the offer may be withdrawn from the market at any time, and provide the link to the salespage.

Using this follow-up formula, you’ll turn more prospects into members paying you $20-50 per month every single month.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that it’s incredibly easy to create a membership site in any niche. Produce 10-15 premium 500-750 word articles every single month and send them to your members with 2-3 days between each one. Provide them in PDF format to add perceived value. You can easily charge $25 per month and members will love it. And you don’t need any special membership software.

Making money online is very, very easy. You don’t need any special skills or talents, just follow proven systems and you’re onto a winner.

Making Money On Auto-Pilot + A Holiday Snap

As you may well know, I’ve recently returned from a week away in Mallorca with Daisy. I spent a total of 21 minutes online while I was away and yet my income INCREASED while I was gone.

That’s because I have self-sustaining systems currently running in my business that work on auto-pilot.

I have affiliates promoting my products consistently, I have traffic coming to my sites every day on auto-pilot, I have subscribers joining my lists and going into a cash producing auto-responder sequence, and I’ve funnelled thousands of dollars worth of customers into a variety of membership sites as an affiliate.

I have an email in my auto-responder that asks my subscribers…

“What level of marketing are you currently at?”

I’ve found that a surprising number of subscribers are just starting out and haven’t made any money online yet… I want to change that. So, I’ve written this short guide to help you start making $1,000 per month quickly. It’s very brief. I might elaborate on it at a later date.

As always I’ll present this business model in a step by step way so you can get going with it quickly.

Step #1
The Market

First you need to pick a target market. You should target a broad market with a lot of products to promote. Things like weight loss, dating, money making, health etc. Check the Clickbank marketplace to make sure there are a number of products you can promote.

Step #2
The Fundamentals

You need a domain, hosting and an auto-responder. You’ll need these throughout your online career. For hosting I use Bluehost.com and register my domains through them as well. For an auto-responder I use Aweber.

Step #3
The Free Report

You need to create a report that you give away to encourage visitors to part with their email address. The report only needs to be 5-10 pages. You can write it yourself, hire someone else to write it, compile a series of private label articles or simply use a private label report.

Step #4
The Squeeze Page

We need a simple squeeze page now that encourages people to submit their email address. Here’s one of my squeeze pages that you can model yours on.

Step #5
The Opt-In Process

Once a prospect opts-in redirect them to a page which explains how to confirm their email address. Also present them with an offer for an affiliate product.

Once a prospect has confirmed their email address, redirect them to the download page. After the download link present them with another offer for an affiliate product.

These are just small ways to squeeze money from your opt-in process.

Step #6
The Follow-Up Sequence

The follow up sequence is where the real money is made.

You need to create a deep, cash producing follow- up sequence. This is where you schedule emails to go out on set days after a prospect has subscribed. The emails should include valuable, informative articles, as well as promotions for affiliate products. Even in the articles you can include subtle affiliate links.

Here’s how I set up most of my follow-up sequences.

Day 1: Article

Day 2: Article

Day 3: Promo

Day 5: Article

Day 7: Article

From then on I schedule emails four days apart with about 70% of emails being content and 30% promotions. Develop your sequence so that it’s very deep and goes on for at least a year. You don’t have to create a whole years worth of content before you start getting subscribers. Have a weeks’ worth of emails ready and just keep adding to them as time goes on.

Super Time Saving Tip: Many product owners offer their affiliates tools, including ready made solo emails and reprintable articles. Simply plug these into your auto-responder and you don’t have to worry about content creation. Another way to save time is to buy a ready made follow up sequence. Subscribers will continue to get emails until they decide to unsubscribe. Many will purchase a product from you. Some will purchase two, three, four, five or more.

You can find products that pay over $100 commission or you can find membership sites that pay commissions monthly to ramp up your profits.

Once you get a feel for the best converting offers, move them to the front of your follow-up sequence. Subscribers are more responsive the newer they are.

Step #7
Driving Traffic

Everything is set up now, it’s simply about driving traffic now. The more leads you pump into your follow-up sequence, the more money will drop into your bank account. It’s as simple as that.

I’m not going to talk about generating traffic in this article. But I am going to send you somewhere that will teach you how to drive THOUSANDS of visitors per DAY to your squeeze page.

Do you know how much money you would make with this business model if you are driving thousands of visitors to your squeeze page every day?

Anyway, I used to SUCK at getting traffic. I’d struggle to get over 30 visitors per day. Then I got Automatic Traffic Blast, implemented the strategies and now I get thousands of visitors every single day.

List building can take a lot of time simply because many strategies do not work right away. A perfect example of this is article submissions. You can wait weeks or months for your articles to make their way onto other people’s sites. There are much better methods available to you.

Here are five free strategies that will enable you to build your list much more quickly.

1. Ad swaps involve finding other marketers in your niche, or a complementary niche, who have an equally sizeable list. You provide each other with ads to promote to your lists for mutual benefit. In essence, this doubles the number of your potential buyers and multiplies your chances of enticing people onto your own list.

2. Giveaways enable you to distribute viral materials that contain links to your opt-in form. By encouraging people to pass your giveaway around, you can quickly reach a significant number of prospects. With giveaway events, you can leverage the marketing efforts of the participating marketers.

3. Press releases can work faster than article marketing, although both are excellent ways to build your list. With press releases, web site owners and online magazine editors are looking for news. By making your opt-in offer newsworthy, you can create a press release that gets posted immediately onto those sites and through email newsletters.

4. Forum participation is an excellent way to reach out to people who are in your niche. Find niche-related forums, respond to people’s questions with valuable advice, and plug your squeeze page giveaway in your signature file.

5. Social marketing puts you right in front of the people who are most likely to want what you are offering. Visit relevant blogs and add snippets of helpful information in response to posts that refer to the topic of your giveaway. This is key. You want your plug to naturally flow with the topic of the post so that people will be anxious to find out how your product can help them.

When choosing social media sites and forums, make sure they allow do-follow links and that you can add live links in your signature file, as this is the whole purpose of this form of marketing. Not all blogs and forums allow active links.

All of these methods work. It’s a matter of finding the ones best suited to your offer. Forums and social media work best if they have a significant number of visitors or members. If the numbers are small, it will be tougher to get the traffic that you need to build your list quickly.

By utilizing all five methods, you can reach more of the right people faster. Meet their expectations, and you will grow your list.

List building is one activity that you can share with other marketers for your mutual benefit. Not only will you be able to grow your list in record time, but when done correctly, you can see the results of your efforts years down the road.

In this article, I’m going to share a product creation method I’ve never revealed, and you’ve probably never heard of it either. It’s an incredibly powerful method and requires very little work on your part, establishes instant credibility, and secures you a number of very high profile joint venture partners in advance.

I don’t have a fancy name for this method, but it involves creating a scenario and then getting some of the top experts in your niche to reveal how they would deal with this scenario.

That’s not the best way to explain it, so here’s an example of a product created using this method.

A few years ago a very high profile marketer by name of Shawn Casey created a product called Desperate For Money. Shawn created a “scenario”. The scenario was:

“Imagine coming home one day only to find that armed terrorists (I politely called them “desperados” during the challenge) have invaded your house, are holding your family hostage and strapped C4 explosives to each and every one of their chests.

“They blindfold you, handcuff you, bring you to a secret location in the woods and throw you into a concrete bunker. They take away your food and water for 48 hours, hold a trigger in their hands that’s one push away from annihilating your entire family, and point a loaded AK47 to your head.

“In the bunker, they hand you a computer that’s connected to the Internet, a telephone and just one credit card with only $200 of available credit. Then, they issue this demand: ‘Make $1,000 on the Internet in 48 hours, or we will kill your family’.

“The challenge: What would you do?”

Shawn put this challenge to some of the top internet marketers around. He received 15 responses. Each contributor produced a 1,000 word guide revealing how they would make $1k in only 48 hours based on the scenario. The guide has been selling since 2006 for $39.99. I bet it’s sold thousands – perhaps even tens of thousands - of copies.

It’s a fantastic product creation strategy. You have to do very little, you piggy-back on the credibility of the contributors, you have a fantastic quality product, and there’s a good chance those contributors will do a promotion for the product when it’s launched. Instant product, instant credibility, instant leverage, instant sales, instant business.

Here’s how you can get going with this method right away.

Firstly, find the most severe and common problem in your market and create a scenario around this problem. For example, if you’re in the weight loss market then the scenario can be to lose 10lbs in 14 days while still eating the foods you love. If you’re in the anti-aging market then create a scenario to look 10 years younger using only natural remedies.

Secondly, contact some of the “big players” in your market and see if they’d be interested in contributing their own article, audio or video. Explain that they will greatly increase their exposure because you will sell x number of copies. You could even offer an extra incentive, such as a $100 bonus, or a free advertising slot on your website or in your next newsletter.

Thirdly, compile all of the responses, add your own contribution, tidy the product up. Create a salesletter, have some graphics created, set it up with an affiliate program and roll it out to your lists and with JVs.

It’s so incredibly simple and works in any market.

With just a few hours work you’ll have your own $27-47 product, have rock solid relationships with some of the top players in your market and you’ll have inherited instant credibility.

Have a quick think about a scenario you can come up with in your market and just get out there and do it. I’m already planning to roll out a product like this in one of my main markets (anti-aging).

Hi everyone

If you’ve been keeping up with my emails in the last few weeks and months, you will have noticed the launch of my latest product Accelerated List Building.

I launched it about 10 weeks ago, and so far I’ve made 783 sales, despite having to study for exams for about a month of this time. That’s over 78 sales per week, or 11 sales per day. In this blog post I’m going to share how I’ve managed to generate such a consistently high number of sales every week on complete auto-pilot… and how you can do the same.

First of all, here’s proof.

If you’ve read my report Accelerated Niche Profits (you can download your copy HERE), you will know that my favourite business model is to create a low value $7-15 entry product and then to funnel these customers into higher priced products. I’ve funnelled Accelerated List Building customers into a number of higher priced products.

First of all after a customer purchased I presented them with a $17 one time offer (OTO). 104 customers purchased the OTO. 67 of those payments were made to me, the rest were made to affiliates. That’s $1,139 straight off the bat.

As a result of Accelerated List Building, I’ve sold 9 copies of a $197 product at 50% commission, 5 copies of a $97 product at 50% commission and 5 copies of a $47 product at 50% commission. That’s 1.25k in sales, bringing the total to around $2,400.

The best thing of all though, is that I’ve funnelled about 53 of my customers into a $97 PER MONTH coaching club. It’s called the Momentum Gold Coaching Club. Who knows what that could be worth over the next few months and years? Potentially tens of thousands of dollars on complete auto-pilot.

Here’s how I’ve done it so you can replicate my success.

First of all, you need a hot product in a hot market. Target the mass markets, such as weight loss, make money, self improvement, relationships etc. but target a specific section of this market. So if you were targeting the relationships market then you could create a $10 product about how to get your ex back. Create a HOT salespage that converts like crazy. Accelerated List Building converts at an average of 7%, but has converted up to 10.2% with endorsed JV traffic. Affiliates will only promote products that convert.

Pay affiliates 100% commission on your front end product. Affiliates love this. Use the Rapid Action Profits script to manage it all. It’s a fantastic script.

If you can, set up a OTO for between $17-47. Pay affiliates 50% on the OTO. This will just sweeten the deal for them making them more likely to promote.

Make sure that once a customer purchases your product they are automatically added to your list. This is very simple to do with Rapid Action Profits.

That’s the fundamentals set up. Now it’s time to start getting sales.

First of all, if you have an existing list of subscribers related to the product then blast an email out to them. When I launched Accelerated List Building I sent an email to my existing subscribers and had made over 110 sales in 72 hours. The power of a list is incredible.

The only other traffic generation strategy I’ve used to promote Accelerated List Building is to recruit JV partners and affiliates.

I’m going to outline a number of methods I used to FIND affiliates, and then I’ll reveal how to make sure they promote for you.

First of all finding affiliates:

Go to your favourite search engines and type in keywords related to your product. So if you’ve created an anti-aging product, then type in ANY phrase you can think of such as “anti aging tips”, “anti aging secrets”, “look younger”, “feel younger”, “anti aging foods”, “anti aging supplements”. Also try searches such as “anti aging blog” and “anti aging newsletter”. Make a note of the top sites and their email address. Contact them with a unique JV proposal.

Go to EzineArticles.com and go to the category related to your product. Look at the most recently added articles and click through to the link in the resource box. Find a contact email on that website and contact them with your proposal. This is a good method because the majority of authors on EzineArticles.com are marketers and so understand affiliate marketing.

Go to Clickbank.com and search through the marketplace. Find related, but not competing, products and contact the owner asking him/her to promote your product.

Using the above three methods should enable you to find literally hundreds of affiliates that you can contact. BUT, getting people to promote for you is not as simple as simply sending a generic email to hundreds of people. Here’s what your proposal email should include.

Firstly, you should include conversion data. Affiliates want to promote products that produce the greatest amount of profit for them. If you can prove that your product converts at 10% then affiliates are going to want to promote. Stress the point that for every visitor they send they will get an average of $1 for every single visitor they send.

Secondly, include a review copy of your product. Affiliates are only going to promote products that their customers will love. Your product needs to be top quality if you are to get the best quality partners to promote for you.

Thirdly, offer the affiliate a bonus for a high number of sales. If an affiliate makes 30 or more sales, I allow them to add an auto-responder message to go out to my 4,000 internet marketing subscribers. This allows you to secure the bigger affiliates and that’s what you want.

Finally, offer the affiliates tools, such as solo emails so that they can promote right away.

I aim to contact three or four potential affiliates per day, but due to exams and other commitments I’ve barely spent any time doing this. Yet still the sales keep rolling in.

And the more sales come in, the more buyers I get on my list, the more buyers I funnel into higher priced products, and the more buyers I funnel into the $97 per month coaching club.

This is an incredible business model that ANYONE can replicate… including you!

How To Get Your First 100 Subscribers The Easy Way

When subscribers email me with their questions, the most common seems to be…

“How can I build a targeted list of subscribers EASILY?”

Everyone wants their own list of subscribers. The freedom you have is incredible. If you need some extra cash, then you simply have to send a special offer at the click of a button and then watch the sales roll in.

It’s a fantastic feeling.

Many people struggle getting going though – so I’ve written this article detailing my personal experience to help you get going FAST.

For more help with list building, including how to get going and then growing your list at a constantly accelerating rate, then take a look at my best selling report Accelerated List Building.

Reaching the dizzy heights of 10,000, 20,000, even up to 50,000 subscribers or more seems like climbing Mount Everest. But when you break it down into chunks it seems a lot more manageable.

If you can get 100 subscribers, then all you need to do is replicate that 100 times and you have 10,000 subscribers.

I’m going to give you an inside peak into one of my small niche lists to show you how I generated over 100 subscribers with a $40 investment and two hours’ worth of effort. The list is actually now way above 100 and grows by about 5 or 6 per day.

So, how did I do it?

Step #1
The set-up

If you haven’t got a squeeze page set up yet collecting subscribers, then you need to do that first. I’m sure you’ve seen squeeze pages a million times before. Pick your favourites and model your own page on that.

The squeeze page I was driving traffic to in this experiment was http://www.firmupyourabs.com/1.html

That page took all of 20 minutes to create, yet it converts at around 35%. I haven’t even done any testing on this page. I could easily bump this conversion up to 50% with a few small tweaks.

Step #2
Find a writer, get some articles

We need some articles created now. You can write them yourself, but having them written for you is a much more time efficient method and you can get decent articles for very cheap.

Go to elance.com or scriptlance.com to find your article writer.

I paid $40 to have a writer create 10 articles for me. I also wrote 3 myself, giving me a total of 13 articles to use.

Step #3
Article submission

I then went to EzineArticles.com and submitted the 13 articles. 8 of them I submitted in March, the other 5 I submitted in April. (This was purely because I got bored and distracted).

Of course in the article resource box you want to link back to your squeeze page so the reader heads to your site and hopefully subscribes – after all that is the main goal.

Step #4
The results

Now is simply time to watch as traffic steadily and consistently rolls into your site. Your number of opt-ins rises and your profits grow exponentially as more people are added to your follow up sequence.

Here’s how my numbers panned out.

In total my articles were read 2,155 times resulting in 403 clicks to my squeeze page.

Given that my squeeze page conversion was 35%, that means my $40 and two hour investment was worth 141 subscribers.

Ask any list builder what they would rather have - $40 or 141 subscribers and everyone would say the latter.

Not only that but I’m also getting organic search engine traffic due to a boost in rankings due to the backlinks created by these articles.

Many say article marketing is dead… I say it’s still very much alive and I’m living proof.

My Super Simple Business Model That YOU Can Copy

Over the last few years I’ve developed and refined a simple, easily replicable system for building a solid, long term, ever growing business in ALMOST any niche – and today I want to share my system with you all as my pay back to the WF.

As I always like to do, I’ll be presenting the system in a step-by-step method for you to get going with it quickly. You won’t discover any “groundbreaking” secrets, but this outline may help you organise all the knowledge you do have into one simple system.

Step #1
Market Identification

I know this sounds boring. Finding a market seems to be the first step in almost every single online business model – but it’s incredibly important. Getting this step wrong will break you before you even get going.

Fortunately, with this business model, picking a profitable niche couldn’t be any simpler. We’re not going for tiny markets – we’re going for the mass markets; things like health, making money, saving money, relationships, self improvement, home improvement, gardening etc.

By targeting these mass markets we have a never ending supply of JV partners, affiliates and more importantly… CUSTOMERS.

Step #2
Product Creation

Once you’ve chosen your main market, you need to identify a killer product to create. Remember we want to target the masses. We don’t want to create a product about “herb gardening” – the market isn’t big enough for us. Instead, go for something like “how to grow the perfect garden”. That opens up thousands more potential buyers.

Creating a product is much easier than you probably think. The product we’re creating doesn’t need to be long. 20 pages would be sufficient. The information should be quality and succinct. No fluff, no filler, just solid content.

There are a number of ways you can get a product created quickly.

• Find an expert and interview them with 10 or so questions. This can be done by email, phone, video etc. Pay them a fee or just promise them plenty of exposure. Often they’ll be happy to do it.
  
• Find a writer who has an in depth knowledge of your topic area and pay them to create your product. They may charge extra for their expertise – but as it’s only a short product it won’t cost an arm and a leg.
  
• Get down your local library, rent five or six books on your chosen topic and compile the best information from the books into your report. (No plagiarism, please!)

Give your report a professional design and incorporate a few affiliate links in relevant places for extra profit power.

Step #3
Sales Page Creation & Pricing

This again is much more simple than everyone seems to make out. You need a salespage to sell your product. If you’ve targeted a hungry market then doing this is much easier than expected.

I have no idea how to tap into the “unconscious psychological desires” of prospects (even though I’m studying Psychology at uni) – yet I’m still able to create salespages that convert at around 10%.

The key to doing that is to find out what your prospects’ major problem is, emphasise that problem, and then present the solution (your product). Simple.

I typically price my products at around the $10 mark. It’s high enough so affiliates like it, but still converts at decent rates.

Step #4
Setting Up Your Site For Success

Like we just established, we’ll be selling our product for around $10. But before we start doing this, we need to set up our site in a way that squeezes as much profit as possible.

I use the Rapid Action Profits (RAP) script to handle all of this. The first thing we need to do is set our commission level at 100%. (Easy to do with RAP) Affiliates love this and it means the payments can go directly to their Paypal account. If you’re serious about recruiting affiliates and JV partners then this is essential.

Have buyers automatically added into your list once they purchase. If you are integrating with someone like Aweber then they will need to confirm their email address so offer them a bonus for doing so. (Easy to do with RAP)

You’ll also need to develop a money generating follow-up sequence. Load about 20 or so emails into your follow up sequence. Most of the emails should provide quality content of interest to the subscriber with a subtle pitch to relevant offers, and some should be simple solo emails with the main intention to get people to buy the product you recommend.

If you can, then set up a OTO at a slightly higher price point. $17-$27 has worked best for me. This is a good way to squeeze some extra profit instantly. Pay affiliates 50% on the OTO to attract more affiliates. Again, this is easy to do with RAP.

On your download page provide the customer with their purchase, offer some unadvertised bonuses (to kick off the reciprocity principle) and present them with a higher value product related to the product they just purchased. This can simply be an affiliate product you want to promote. Typical price points that I go for are $97-$297. These can be affiliate products that you get a commission for.

Step #5
Getting JV Partners & Affiliates

JVs and affiliates will be the lifeblood of your business. They’ll be sending pretty much all of your traffic and sales. Recruiting them is much more simple than I used to think. The keys to getting people to promote for you is:

• Have conversion data with proof and make sure the conversions are GOOD.
  
• Provide a typical visitor value. So if Joe Affiliate sends 100 visitors let him know he will make $100 on average, for example.
  
  
• Be personal in your approach emails.
  
• Provide a treasure chest of tools affiliates can use, especially solo emails.

Finding affiliates is also much easier than you think. Here’s a few ways you can find affiliates.

1. Go to each of the main search engines, type in keywords and phrases related to your product. Go to the top 30-40 sites in each search engine and contact them all with your personalised JV proposal. Remember – try to find a phone number and ring them.
   
2. Again, go to each of the main search engines and type in “your key phrase blog”. So if your product is ’20 Great First Date Ideas’, then search for “dating blog”. Try different variations too, such as “date ideas blog”, “how to pick up men/women blog” etc. Contact the blog owners and ask them to post a review of your product with their affiliate link, or to put a link or banner ad on the layout of their blog.
   
3. Once more, go to all the major search engines and type in “your key phrase newsletter”. So, “dating newsletter”, “how to pick up women newsletter” etc. Contact the newsletter owners and ask them to include a recommendation for your product in their next email, or go all out and ask for them to give you a solo email. Remember the rule of reciprocity. Also try bestezines.com and look for newsletters in the category of your niche.
   
4. Go to EzineArticles and the category related to your product. Look through the most recent articles in the category and follow the resource boxes in each article. Go through to the website in at least 20 different articles to find a variety of websites. Lots of these websites will be building a list or will have ad space to advertise your product. Also, go to the “Most Viewed” and “Most Published” articles and click through those author resource boxes. Contact the site owners with your JV proposal. Many of the sites won’t have much traffic, but it’s still worth contacting them.
   
5. Go to Squidoo now and find some of the top ranked lenses in the category related to your niche. If the lens fits the topic of your product and you believe the readers of the lens may be interested in your report, then contact the lens master with a quick JV proposal. Often, I can never find contact addresses on Squidoo lenses, so I leave a comment in the guestbook saying something like. “Hi, great lens. I’ve given it 5 stars. I’m just leaving a note to let you know about a new product I’ve created that you could make money promoting on your lens. If you’re interested then head on over to my affiliate page at mysite.com/affiliates for more details and my contact email address. Thanks, James Penn”.
   
6. Next, go to the Clickbank marketplace and browse through the products in the category related to your product. Find complimentary, but not competing, products and contact the product owners with your JV proposal. It’s much easier to get these types of JV partners to accept if you offer an ad swap. You promote their product to your list with your affiliate link and they promote your product to their list with their affiliate link.

Step #6
Diversify

Once you have one of these sites set up and running and generating consistent sales, then move onto another one. You could stay in the same market but with a different product and you can cross-sell to your existing buyers, recruit the same JV partners and use your same knowledge of the market.

Once you’ve set one of these sites up it’s very easy to do another. And once you see how easy it is to do with your first one, you’ll be eager to get going with it again.

Even better, because we’ve targeted the mass markets we have a never ending stream of buyers and affiliates.

With a little hard work, you could soon have a list of thousands of BUYERS eager to send you even more money. Those list builders amongst us know the power of having a significant list of buyers.

Everyone wants to build a list. It’s the easiest way to hands free, auto-pilot income. Once you have a sizeable list, you can be guaranteed a pretty hefty pay day whenever you want it. But many people struggle to build their list from scratch, so in this article I’m going to give you the five fundamental keys to build an exponentially growing list of subscribers in any niche.

Key #1
A Strong Offer

In order to get people to give you their email address, they’re gonna want some value. You can’t give away the same old resale rights crap anymore. You have to give away something unique that a LOT of people want; something that solves a major problem for a lot of people. A free report or an eCourse are the two most common opt-in incentives. Before you begin building your list you need to create your opt-in incentive.

Key #2
A High Converting Squeeze Page

The aim of a squeeze page is to convert as many visitors into subscribers as possible. You can see one of my most successful squeeze pages (and get a fantastic report) by clicking HERE.

Feel free to model your own squeeze page on my own.

The most important thing you must be doing is constantly testing and tweaking your page to boost conversions. I’m not happy with a squeeze page until it converts at around 50%. Create a variation of your page with a few tiny tweaks. Test it against the original. If it converts slightly better, then get rid of the original. Then create another variation and test that against the first variation. Keep doing this until your opt-in rate reaches around 50%.

Key #3
A Cash Producing Opt-in Process

When visitors subscribe, it means they are interested in what you have to say. This is the ideal time to sell to them. Once they opt-in redirect them to a confirmation page to explain how they can confirm their email address (if you are using double opt-in). On this page explain what they have to do to confirm their email address (in my report Accelerated List Building I share a fantastic technique to sky-rocket the number of people who confirm), and then present them with a special offer.

You’ll find a large number of people will take advantage of this special offer. They’ll then go and confirm their email address, and you can redirect them to a thank you page. On this page you present them with what they signed up for and then give them another special offer. Again, quite a few people will take advantage and this is more money in your back pocket before you’ve even sent any emails.

A Content Packed Cash Producing Follow Up Sequence

Your follow up sequence is where the real money is made. If you get this part right then you will have money flowing in 24/7 without you having to lift a finger.

When creating my follow up sequences I follow a few rules.

• Provide fantastic free content
• Interact with subscribers (ask them questions, encourage them to get in touch)
• Follow the 75% content 25% offer rule
• Only promote fantastic products
• Don’t overload subscribers with emails daily. I like to send an email every 3-4 days.

Traffic, Traffic and more Traffic

It’s no use having the above four keys in place because without traffic because we won’t get any subscribers and we definitely won’t make any money. Traffic is the hardest part of online business. It’s also the most frustrating. But it can be a doddle with the help from an expert who actually practices what he preaches.

Here are some things you can start doing today however to ramp up your traffic.

• Submit articles to article directories

• Social networking (e.g. Twitter, Facebook etc)
• PPC
• Forum marketing
